Dawkins vs Irrationalism

In The Greatest Show On Earth Richard Dawkins writes of his frustration trying to get Wendy Wright to understand that there is an overwhelming amount of physical evidence for human evolution (and the evolution of life in general). Throughout the interview she maintains there is no evidence and is unable to acknowledge the facts he presents:

Wendy: [laughs] If that were the case, the Smithsonian Natural History Museum would be filled with examples but it isn't.
Richard: It is, it is...in the case of humans, since Darwin's time there is an enormous amount of evidence...
Wendy: ...if evolution has had the actual evidence then it would be displayed in museums and not just in illustrations.
Richard: I just told you about Australopithecus, Homo habilis, Homo erectus, Homo sapiens - archaic Homo sapiens and then modern Homo sapiens - that's a beautiful series of intermediates...
Wendy: You're still lacking the material evidence...

And so the interview goes on. In their quest for the truth rational people question everything, they seek out the evidence, they examine the facts and they draw their conclusion. Irrational people simply believe what they want to believe and can't be convinced otherwise.
